In a step to bolster its Voice over IP solution offering APPLICOM entered into an agreement with Shoretel to sell and support Shoretel IP telephony systems in the UAE. Shoretel is a leading manufacturer of high end IP telephone syetems which are optimized to operate in distributed environments.
