• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

• Five or more years industry experience

• Industry certifications such as MCSE, RHCT/RHCE, CCNA/CCNP

• Proficiency in Network Operating Systems: Microsoft  Windows, Enterprise Linux, UNIX.

• Experience in core technologies such as : Messaging Servers (MS Exchange/Lotus ), Terminal Servers/ CITRIX, Web Servers,  Fax Servers, SANs

• Good knowledge of High Availability/ Clustering, Disaster Recovery  & Data Protection techniques, Virus Defence.

• Proficiency in application/database support/SQL, Oracle.
