MiVoice Office Web Application MOWA supports Softphones with presence and chat. Enable Teleworkers to make and receive calls using the office work number without the need for VPN connections.

The Mitel 400 Call Center is preloaded on SMBC and is designed to give your customers the freedom to interact with your business on their preferred device, using the media that works best for them whether it is voice, chat or email while giving agents and supervisors the tools to optimize the customer experience. Agents can be located on or off premises.
